| ATLANTA, July 22, 2009 – LifeGas has recognized the Silvercrest Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation as a “Center of Excellence” facility, reflecting Silvercrest’s leadership in providing patients with high quality respiratory care.
Silvercrest, located in Queens, New York, is part of the New York Presbyterian Health System. LifeGas is the U.S. medical gases business of Linde North America which is part of The Linde Group.
LifeGas created its Center of Excellence program to highlight healthcare leaders who recognize the value that LifeGas and its products bring to their ability to provide the highest levels of patient care.

Silvercrest also has become the first nursing care center to outfit their entire facility with the FireSafe™ line of products from LifeGas, designed to provide patients with additional protection from the risk of fires.
